the mountain

On a bright and sunny Saturday afternoon in early March, a gang of volunteers from all corners of the Parish congregated at the Parish Hall.

well earned rest

until time for tea and biscuits

By the time the shadows lengthened, the gravel heap was gone and the car park was pristine once again. Thanks to all who helped, and to Nick Easton, chairman of the Parish Hall Committee, who organised everything.

where did that policeman go?

Is there a sleeping policeman in there? Thanks to Dave and Debbie, Mike and Alison, who constructed a "sleeping policeman" at the entrance to the car park a few weeks later.
